Such a great experience! My son got lunch and playtime for $10. Kind service as well.

This is a place you absolutely must being your children! There is a large indoor play area, complete with slides, platforms to climb on, large water table, bikes and carts to ride, large and small building blocks, craft area, pretend play areas, and more! They have a great room in the back that you can rent out for parties or, better yet, come join a class there! (Zumbini is great!) Check out the food and drinks at their Cafe, you can do it all here. They also have great baby items available for sale.

This is such a great option for parents. The toys in the play area are nice, many wooden versus cheap plastic. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. It's great they offer babywearing and cloth diapering classes. Also, the shop has some really great items. However, I was really put off when I visited yesterday. I noticed several adults in the play area with their shoes on. I asked the employee working if they got rid of their no shoes policy. She replied that they had not at which point I kindly alerted her to the fact that every adult in the room had their shoes on. She just looked at me like I was being rude and just snapped 'ok'. I have a problem with this. The most obvious being germs. I bring my daughter who is crawling around at this stage because I am (was) comfortable that there are not a bunch of people tracking in all sorts of nastiness around. Also, how can anyone expect children to follow rules if adults are not required to? I mean come on. Lastly, there was no reason for her to be rude. I really appreciate the effort that was put into the establishment so this was very disappointing.

We love this place. They thought of everything. There's great coffee, healthy kid-friendly food, places for big & little kids to climb/push/slide all their energy out! Even the tunes are wonderful. Customer service is excellent with lots of babywearing goodies and natural parenting everything to shop for. I highly recommend. Worth the very reasonable price!

Took my two boys here for the first time yesterday (ages 3&4) and we loved loved loved this place! I didn't know what to expect, but we were all very happy. We ended up staying the whole afternoon! Even had a great lunch! Everything was made fresh, very tasty, and great price! Its a great indoor spot for cold days! Will for sure go back!

This place is a lot of fun for my 2 year old, it is a nice atmosphere and the equipment is kept up well. I will say, if you plan on eating make sure you order your food about 40 minutes before you want to actually eat, get your number and go play a while. I don't care if you get a cheese sandwich and cheese stick, it will probably still take 40 minutes to get it. On the plus side, the good is at least good. The wait time for food is the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star.

We made our first visit to Red Balloon today and loved every bit of the experience! Cera was so sweet and a great source of knowledge about cloth diapering. My almost four year old spent two hours completely engaged in the playroom and there were areas she didn't even explore. We will definitely be back.
